What You’ll Do:

As an experienced Structural Drafter, you will play a pivotal role in transforming engineering
concepts into precise drawings that bring designs to life.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• • Creating AutoCAD drawings within company standards that express design intent.
  • Developing structural details based on engineering sketches, specifications, and best
    practices.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure project success while meeting deadlines.
  • Applying your expertise in CAD/BIM software to streamline the drafting process.
  • Mentor entry-level drafters and assist with training

We’re seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, with a passion
for structural engineering and design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • 5+ years of drafting experience in structural engineering (preferred) or related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and related software (Revit experience a plus)
  • Understanding construction & structural components and materials.
  • Ability to read and understand Architectural and structural contract documents.
  • A creative mindset to tackle unique design challenges.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and work on multiple projects at a time.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
