This project consisted of extensive shoring and bracing to join two separate properties into a single structure, retaining the side party walls along with the front facade. Complex coordination was required to cut through the wall adjoining both buildings in order to install the bracing without interfering with the existing or future structure.

The exterior scaffolding was custom designed to act as an additional bracing system to cradle and stabilize the front façade while the floors were being replaced with a cast-in place concrete structure.
